Was this video taken during the day?

Now that you mention it, almost every photo released has them almost entirely covered like this.

Even at night, I would suspect a tent full of (probably frightened) kids to have some level of activity beyond everyone being fully covered and still...

WTF is going on here?

Idk how they do things in Texas, but where I’m from, it’s definitely still March. Not April yet.
