The Bible says the Anti-Christ will sit on the throne in the Temple and declare himself God. Not sure how that can happen if he doesn't really exist or if the Temple isn't physically rebuilt.....

You're welcome to your interpretation. Predicting the future is messy business, so I will never say my interpretation of future events being described is 100% correct.
Much like how the Pharisees had a very different idea of who Jesus would be. They were expecting a king (political ruler). Their expectations were so different from the reality that they couldn't accept him.
I tend to take the Bible more literally except in the passages that are very clearly parables/symbolic. But I agree it's difficult to always know for sure which is which. And this is why there are so many different theological ideas and discussions. None of these things are salvations issues. I find them interesting to discuss.
So I've thought quite a bit about this vax, and the thought that it could possibly be the mark of the beast. I remember reading Revelation in my mothers KJV many years ago, and it stated that the mark would come from "the prick of a pin". However it also states that the beast would rise from the abyss, and would be a man so to speak, that would end all the turmoil in the world for a brief period of time. I generally take YHWH's word literal, and from my take we havent witnessed these event yet. BTW I will refuse to take this vax and will sue if my employer tries to force me to take it.

The way I perceive the mark on your hand is Satan's control over actions, and the mark on your forehead is Satan's control over thoughts. The mark of the beast is just a mock version of the seal of God. If God's seal is symbolic I see no reason why Satan's seal would be literal.
