I've loved watching Matt Gaetz through this election; his Jan 6 speech in particular was inspiring.
Is there any legitimacy to these current attacks? Or is it more DS clownery? Anyone have a deep dive?

I think this is just a way to show the people how the blackmail scheme works. By Gaetz fighting and pushing back on it further exposes it.
I think people posting this bullshit here are fomenting doubt and division on this forum. you can pretend to be concerned and that you have fears this MIGHT be true, but you are not paying attention. Matt has denied these spurious charges against him, and provided evidence there is a movement to besmirch his name in the media. look how many people comment here as though they know he is guilty, yet there has only been rumors. was OJ guilty?(what does OJ have to do with this?) if you have a definite opinion of that, then ask, what evidence shows you he was guilty? you sat through the entire trial? you saw all the evidence presented in court? no? you saw opinions posted on the media? misinformation directed at the public to convict him outside of court? yeah, that is what is going on here. if the man is guilty until proven innocent, then you are not a supporter here, move along. if he is guilty, provide actual evidence. dont link unnamed sources said bullshit.
btw, this topic has been posted many times here now, go find those posts and comment there.
I like what he says. But he makes me uneasy.

Here’s my take. Gaetz is a smart person, he knows the law, and he knows he has been poking the hornets nest regularly. Not just Dems, but DS RINO’s like Liz Cheney too. It seems plausible he is part of a countermove to reveal the DOJ/FBI dirty tricks tactics. He also seems close to POTUS. So I’m asking myself would loyal Trump people who know everything about everything, like MI, NSA, and Q, not forewarn POTUS so he could put a little distance between himself and Gaetz?
I think the allegations are bullshit, the media would be pushing it hard it the story had any truth to it.
