Yesterday I went to the local urgent care because I was experiencing flulike symptoms. Of course they tested for COVID, as well as strep and something else. While the doctor was in the room with me, I asked if they'd been seeing a lot of COVID cases recently. She said yes. I said, really? More? She said yes, we're seeing more now. I asked her "how is that possible with all these vaccines going out?" And she said:
"The COVID vaccine isn't keeping people from getting COVID, it's just making it less likely that they die. We'll see what your results say, but I've just been telling people to take Zinc, Vitamin C and Calcium, and maybe take an antibiotic or something if this doesn't clear up in a day or two."
By the way, my results were strep and covid negative.
You're lucky. Since everything from squash to spare tires will test positive for Covid... I'm surprised your test came back negative.
Make sure to get plenty of sunshine to naturally boost your Vitamin D, but also take Vitamin D3 supplements. I also take B-Complex and Selenium in addition to Zinc, Vitamin C & E.
You are responsible for keeping yourself healthy. The medical establishment sure isn't going to do that for you.

Oddly enough I've had to take that damn test 3 times and it came up negative every time. I couldn't come back to work without a negative test in each instance. Though - I think my son got a false positive. It kept us all home for 2 weeks for no reason, he was never sick. He had a fever for a few hours and a slight bellyache. That's covid?
Wife did some autist shit on natural synthesis of VitD this morning ... turns out the skin converts CHOLESTEROL into VitD. My doc was bitchin' about my Cholesterol level last month at my bi-monthly VA check up. Now I got the ammo to tell him to go suck it.
Aside from the horrific damage done to the brain due to low cholesterol levels, the added bonus is that even if we get some sun, the cholesterol that's supposed to reside in the skin is absent. They really are demonic.
Even surfers are found to be Vitamin D deficient. We need supplements now. We're too clean. D is made on the surface of the skin, and takes many hours to absorb. IT RINSES OFF WHEN WE SHOWER! So not only as a species do we live mainly indoors, but we're also much cleaner than we were while we evoloved. It's VERY difficult to naturally be high enough in Vitamin D. Just a quick thought, how have caucasians in Australia/Africa done with covid?
They still have you on bi monthly appointments? Since the plandemic started last year I still haven’t gotten my labs done from march 2020. They won’t let me in without a mask, and I’m too rural for video appointments. I have mixed feelings, I don’t miss the mostly worthless visits, but I wonder when they will come for the disability rating. Sigh.
Here are a few things you can do to get the benefits of vitamin D without toxicity.
