I was wondering the same thing. One of the cargo ships that was hanging around EG a good while (HALKI) is still anchored just off the Egyptian coastline in international waters. She was scheduled to arrive in a Russian port today (the 7th) but she's just been floating in the same place for days and days. I wonder if that means something.
