I had a lunch convo today about this "sudden" onslaught of RACISM everywhere ever since Obama was elected. Rush was right, all those who guiltily voted for him thinking their virtue would give them a pass just helped to sweeten the narrative. I don't know any racist people, nobody I know ever gave 2 shits what color someone was. It's the people constantly keeping a color tally of everyone and everything that are the real racists.
I thought I'd try out that new ABC sitcom last night Home Economics. In under a minute the first grown sibling was introduced, a white woman married to her black wife with 2 mixed children who asked their cousin what pronouns her dolls preferred. Click. Enough of that. In other words, I'M not the racist, the writers and producers of this show are. So sick of it all.
I can personally attest to this, from several different people in my circle of life. The people who are the most preachy about racism and whatnot always happen to be the people who are secretly very prejudice.
I know the crime statistics, I know the reality of the shattered black male family structure, I know about the problems with drugs, crime culture, et cetera. But. I give people a fair shot, and race is never my first judgement on how I should respond to a person or situation.
The people in my life who are prejudice will judge people off of just race, and shockingly frequently. Whether it is avoiding certain people, holding said people to extremely low expectations, and other forms of unfair judgement. Obviously the racists I am talking about are not fucking KKK members who will go out shooting black and brown people, because those people do not exist in today's world, and the people who are in constant cycles of fear and anger over these nonexistent boogeymen are total fools.
One thing I learned during the 2020 election was just how big of an Asian following Trump had, specifically in the Vietnamese community. My bestie's hair salon literally closed down one day so that every one of the Vietnamese hair dressers could go to a Trump rally. And my nail tech gets wound up and will go on a tangent about how stupid people can be when they become complacent and how she recognizes early stages of communism because she's lived it.
I remember when GARBAGE programming like that equaled FAIL and never made it through a season. Now, because of propaganda “value”, crap like that is given a pass through several seasons.

Well said fren.
They know deep down they are racist. They expect everyone else thinks the same way as them.
Thanks for the info, I was gonna watch that show with the family. What happened to funny sitcoms? I miss Cheers.
Last Man Standing was pretty fun, especially since shots were taken at all sides, not just one
There isn't Hate Against Asians. The MSM is trying to stir up racism. And I'm Asian.
