"Containers adapted to support human life"- yeah, no shit, sherlock. Military's been using them for years. They're called C-huts or SHUs.
Finding them with people is also a thing, there have been dozens found over the years, just at Long Beach alone.
Connecting them to a trafficking ring plus identifying the funding source and destination for the consignment is the sauce.
