I feel STRONGLY this entire video and MSM social media push is another fabricated narrative pusher. Wouldn't be surprised if it was completely scripted with crisis actors!

Some clues to this is the remarkably clear footage of driver in a newly purchased vehicle? Does anyone REALLY need to, so conveniently, record themselves during traffic stops or any other time for that matter? And many more questions.
