Everyone here should read Handbook for a New Paradigm.

Allegedly written in 1998 by these beings sent to help us and the parallels to Q are soooo strong.

At one point they put in all caps TRUST THE PLAN

The whole book is about a plan to enslave the planet by the evil humans working with the evil aliens or beings and they have been sent by the "creator of all that is" to help us save ourselves
