Interesting, what is keeping folks from taking a number of early settlements in order to bankroll a legal blitz on a larger unsuspecting corporation? I guess that initial expenditure will need some funding.
Rise/repeat until you gain enough traction to get class-actions going across the country. By that time, patriots with money can be less shy about throwing their resources behind an actual good cause.

The ADA told me to take a hike last year when I called them. That's probably why.
