13 year old running from police in the middle of the night... failing to obey orders... play stupid games... win stupid prizes. that officer is a crime-stopper!! lets just reverse the roles.... say the kid shot the cop... the media would not care and sweep it under the rug before the evening's late news.

The kid was also caught on camera shooting his gun at people. They found him with gloves that had gunpowder residue.

Its a shame that 13 year old kids are banging.

This happened in Miami in the early 80's. When the cop was acquitted, the city burned for days. Every "black" neighborhood in Dade County rioted.
