Xiden "state of emergency" may have a surprising twist.

That isn't REALLY Joe Biden. Under a declared state of emergency, FEMA is in charge.
The President can authorize the U.S. military to perform policing and make arrests within the U.S..

Imagine all the liberal surprise when he does that? What! Whoa!!!! Then the arrests begin and troops move into cities to keep order. 1st ones to be nabbed are known Antifa and BLM leaders.
