Am I the only one who understands he cant be found guilty on all the different charges. It is on or the other or not guilty thats how a trial works. I have never seen such BS before.

Your argument could be proven by obtaining copies of the charging documents and finding any contradiction.

I would guess they were constructed to not conflict, but include different elements of one crime.

Of course, it could be due to the date. (4/20)
