Won't matter. If you haven't noticed, the commies have completely taken over our justice system. I hope I'm wrong and that justice does prevail, but I'll be surprised if Chauvin makes it a year in prison with the ghost of St. Floyd haunting him.
The biggest reason to appeal is that no murder took place. There was no crime. The medical examiner testified that George Floyd died in the hospital, and nothing that was done to him caused it.
I actually cannot think of a precedent case, but it sounds reasonable that a tainted jury would have happened previously. This jury was also intimidated by the threats - if they acquitted, they probably felt that their lives would be in jeopardy, let alone their city being destroyed. All this will work in Chauvin's favor on appeal.
Oh i know, im just wondering if there was another case because if theres a precedence it gives more viability to the appeal.

Yes there is and when that happens he will win the trial and go free.
he wont go free, he will get another trial
The laws here give the accused opportunity to appeal when you are found guilty. Happens all the time.
Karma has just got to be looking closely at mad Max,
I hope that this matter contributes to her conviction and imprisonment.
