You missed the point. On April 16, the minister said there is no shortage of medicine but just 4 days later CBS news says they are overwhelmed and short on medicine. So who is telling the truth? I would defer to the DH.

Her link was to some regional minister in one state. It would be the equivalent of one governor reporting that hospitals didn't need oxygen.

Sounds like another example of focusing on cases instead of deaths.
