I didn't realize it until just now, I can't believe I didn't see it, she is high as a giraffe's ass! That is the only explanation for that type of behavior.

She has bragged about smoking weed before. Of course while locking up people for weed in Cali and kicking people out of her administration who smoke it.

I've never even tried weed, but I still hate the "rules for thee, but not for me" by anyone with authority and power.

Above is just an excerpt; the full article could be mistaken for satire, considering THIS administration and the references in the article to national security, blackmail, covering up your history, and “big secrets are exactly what foreign recruiters would love to exploit”.
