High quality control at this audit. Where are the managers watching the workers? Under this much scrutiny, the election result audit needs to be double audited. Each station should then send their results to another station to duplicate. If a number is off, a manager group does it together. Weed out the commies!

The problem with being on the outside of the fish bowl is that were aren't privy to the rules not are we privy to what their orders and directives are.

What am I missing? The guy clearly puts the ballots under the light to check the watermark.
Go back and watch again and later compare it to the others who are actually checking... Just passing it through the box isn't checking the watermark.

You need to pretend that you know what he should be looking for. Then make accusations based on speculation.
It would be better to say, this guy seems to be operating faster than the others. Then ask, Is he doing his job?
Why is he looking closely at some of the ballets after he scans them and not others? Sketchy looking activity.
