I can't see the video because I don't have a cell/telegram.
Anyways, when members of the Navy Reserve get deployed, they are considered to be on Active Duty status. The question is, are they being deployed and where are they going.
If they find out China was the main interference with the election. Are they gonna fully deploy around the dragon to prevent a trapped animal from lashing out? and have the reserve guard the nation?
A cell phone without a plan can still call 911. I have a phone with no plan. I use it for games and reading. I have a 128GB card in it loaded with thousands of books and documents. I have the wifi turned off and have it on airplane mode. I also have an RF proof cover for it.
Stop your plan, turn off the wifi, put your phone in airplane mode, and get an RF cover for it. You'll be safe, and if there is an emergency, you can still turn off airplane mode and call 911.
If you think you might need to call a friend or relative in an emergency, get a monthly plan with Net10. It's only $30+ for unlimited everything. Then you can still keep it in airplane mode and covered up until you need to use it.
I don't text. I don't have any minutes. I use email and a regular landline telephone. I'm even considering turning off the landline phones, as 99% or more of the calls are from that helpful "David" guy over in India who works with car warranties, Microsoft, Social Security, and so many other things.
If you want to have a landline phone just for making calls, get one and turn off the ringer. If you want to receive calls, get an answering machine for screening. Tell your friends that you're screening calls, and you will pick up if you're there.
Many of the telemarketers automatically turn off if they don't hear you answering. Because of predictive dialing, the telemarketer is rarely ready to take the call until after your answering machine message. So a lot of the messages will be silent, and some of the callers will hang up before the phone starts recording a message. This means that you might miss 10 calls, but only have 5 or 6 messages. BTW, telemarketers are spoofing caller IDs now, so don't pick up, even if you know the number. I've had "David" show up as the local high school, and one time he showed up as me. That was odd seeing my own number on the caller ID.
telegram links are worthless

Just a bunch of weekend warriors probably going to do some quarterly or annual training.
I used to be one of these nerds.

It only takes 15 seconds to download the telegram App. Another 10 to scan the QR code to set it up. It works like a charm.
If you have a tracking device (phone) and if you have a way to scan the QR code.
Telegram is a hopium den, I live there.
Think about it:
If everyone else has a cell phone, you can just ask one of them in an emergency!
I've been doing no cell phone experiments while Im running around local. Its absolutely freeing.

You just have to learn to work the system.
