Because the message of almost every one of them is God loves and fights for the righteous and hates and destroys the wicked. God created the universe, so He established the rules on how it works. He says over and over the evil people will get the consequences of their evil deeds, which is destruction. He sees what they are doing and they will be destroyed. Read the Psalms to be encouraged!!

We know what happens in the end. God wins. Many times, Q has asked us to pray. He’s quoted the famous Biblical lines of Ephesians 6:12, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” We’re living through monumental times. It’s comforting that Q believes that if we work together, God wins.

MAGAmom I 100% agree. Psalms and proverbs too. I love in ps 37 where it says God sits in heaven and sees the wicked and laughs bc He knows his day is coming. As in NCSWIC.
This is my refuge.
Amen! Also Psalm 11❤
Yes! Love it
I find so much refuge in the Psalms, it ranges from crys for help from God, revealing God's favour for us to triumphant in God's victory.
Great book for all times
That’s all well and good, but there are cabals of evil-doers who have been doing evil deeds for centuries. When do they meet their destruction?
Already have.
Every damned day.
That's why they're absolutely panicked of dying; that's the day that their eternal sentence starts. Forever is a long time.
And many, many of these earthbound demons are utterly miserable in life, too. We can all see it.
That's a good question.... one I've been thinking about too, because the Psalms are so definitive about the destruction of those who do evil but when we look around it seems like evil people are prospering. I believe the judgment is generational and individual. I believe evil people suffer destruction in their individual lives because of the evil they do. And then there can be large scale destruction of evil people, like a whole cabal or a whole nation of evil. But it's basically a continual judgment and destruction because there is always evil. Unfortunately good people get hurt by the evil people, but God sees and works. This is a fallen, broken world, but it's not our home. We will always have to fight evil here and always have problems. But one day, we will get to go home and be free of evil.
