Did you not read line g.?
It literally says put under UV light and compare to representative specimens.
Specimens which might have watermarks?
That's what I thought too. The rest of those things don't need a uv light unless the ink has materials that will show up if the ink is legit. I would not doubt they had more than one critical node to prove genuine v counterfeit.
oh, interesting interpretation! i was thinking it meant like if part of the ballot was filled in with a different pen than the rest. but i like yours way better.
that seems plausible for sure. i'm really hoping it's something like this
Yes i read this months ago..that the ballots brought in at 3 am were all pre-filled in for Biden.
This printing ink would be very different from the pen voters use to fill in the circle.
What do you use in the USA to fill in your votes? Pen, pencil, sharpie?
Can you use your own pen?
In my province we use pencil....but I press hard and really fill in that circle. However I am beginning to believe it wouldn’t matter what I used in the face of ‘fractional’ tabulation.
It actually doesn't say.
This doesn’t make any sense. It’s been confirmed that DHS provided non-radioactive isotope watermarks on all ballots for the 2020 election. https://archive.is/6WneO#selection-2979.0-2979.273
This leads me to believe that the powers that be asked the auditors to keep it secret and so not damage the integrity of later audits in other states.
Why is it so hard to understand that this happened
Maybe, I think the watermarks was released as the most obvious tell. Even money has a dozen unique properties so it can't be counterceited.
IMHO TruthHammer might just be wrong here.
Point a-f doesn’t necessarily involve UV-light exam.
Point g does, and it might also involve forensic auditing of watermark, fingerprints and paper fibers.
Question is; what do you compare to the representative specimen?
It can be watermarks, can’t it?
I have not read/seen Jovan..who is that?
They are also weighing the stacks of ballots, I assume to determine different types of paper that could have been used...
