So many traps have been laid out for us by the evil one.
The sins we know of are the easiest to avoid, yet many continue to pursue them. How many times have you heard "yeah but we are all sinners"
But if you know it's a sin yet continue to commit it, that is not repentance. Right?
I don't understand how this can be reconciled. To continue to knowingly sin because we are all sinners.
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
This passage is constantly in my mind. Along with many others.
I also have no right to judge them or anyone for that matter. But I do question how the conflict can exist for long. I wish and pray for them to find their way like i have. And i continually pray to remain steadfast in my belief.
Without the negative known sins my mind and spirit are able to see and hear the signs i feel im meant to see.
I continually question what are the unknown sins that have been programed into our waya of life. The ones that are far below the surface. These trouble me as well.
Well, truth is it can be hard to tell sometimes. Backsliders don’t seem to be happy when they have fallen into sin. God sometimes allows this to teach believers a lesson.
The ones that seems to be totally fine with acting in sin are the ones I question more. But, either way, as we are not God we never can be 100% sure, so we pray and love them as best we can.

A believer might stumble but won’t stay down. A nonbeliever might have a paroxysm of good acts every now and then, but won’t stay up long.

I ask because i know so little.

Awesome. I read recently where (can’t remember where) Jesus said the ONLY sin that’s unforgiveable is a lack or absence of REPENTANCE. Fascinating.
