Saw a Steel Panther concert in Columbia, SC Tuesday night...not a single mask in a packed house!
Will be in SC in June! We'll take any shows at this point!
I WAS JUST HAVING THIS CONVERSATION....JAZZ FEST, VOODOO FEST, BONAROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
RIP I GUESS
Sigh. Last show was Joe Bonamassa at the Fox in Atlanta Feb 2020. So miss the concert community. We refuse to wear masks, so hoping that the nazi regime relaxes soon so we can get our jam on this summer!
Last show i saw at the fox was buddy guy, in the second row.
Nice! We had front row for Joe. It was incredible.
I had fromt row for funk fest. George clintons nuts right in my face. Kek. Both were great! Bonamassa is awesome too.
Although i havent listened to music in years. Used to play guitar everyday too. Was a band nerd played the sax. Now i just hear music in all around me.
I would have liked to have gotten to see b.b. king.
Sweet - P Funk put our some incredible music - stands alone in my mind. The '70s were wild and it has its own soundtrack.
Pick up your guitar again - it's a great way to relax. We always have music in our home. Soothes the soul.
I dont have the desire or drive to play it.
Loved me some p-funk.
not sure where you are, up here there has been a couple places that have been having live bands (local) throughout the scamdemic. My band has played there 3 times the last year and while it is donation only, we have actually not done too bad. Each time the crowds are larger. Last band I went and saw the place was at capacity (200) Many more places are opening up now and the stadiums and arenas are getting bands booked into the summer and fall now.
Arizona. Yes there have been a handful of small things here and there. I just want to rock out with 20 or 30k of my close friends.
I am an avid piano player. In March of 2020, I had a ticket to a piano performance of one of my favorite concertos by my favorite Russian composer. The piano player and orchestra was coming from Siberia. It was going to just be me, along with hundreds of others of course, but just me by myself so I could really listen and enjoy it without distractions. It was really out of the norm for me, but I was SO excited for it. And then COVID f'ing ruined it and it never happened. I'm just a little bitter about it.
saw Iron Maiden for the 23rd time in San Antonio sept 25th 2019. This guy had to be right next to me..

Awesome. Saw Maiden for the Number of the Beast tour in Seattle. Only time I've ever seen them actually. Now those were the days of incredible albums coming out every month by so many bands.
