"... a man named Michael Massanelli made a video explaining that he was the one responsible: he placed the cube there to commemorate his marriage to Jennifer Anne Masanelli on August 16, 2014. In the posted video, the guy that is removing the block is from the town and did so because it was not part of the original stones, thus did not belong there.
JAM, 14 16 18 20 MM (probably 2000) So what does that mean?
It was JAM, 8, 14, 16, 20, MM (2000)
2008 -- Barack Obama, the beginning of the 16 year plan.
2014 -- ? (the retrieval of the stone?)
2016 -- HRC, the overseer of the end of the 16 year plan
2020 -- The doomsday event (covid?) that would start us on a path of fear where we would eventually give up our freedoms for security.
JAM -- ?
From the comments:
Supposedly JAM is a codeword for adrenochrome (I got my JAM!)
MM is a reference to the Freemasons... if you rotate the letters 90degrees clockwise, you have 33.
Yeah the dates to seem to be highly relevant and important markers, I think your assessment is basically spot on.
I don’t know why but JAM reminds me of like military or something.
reminds me of Jamaica, no reason kek
Lol I get military vibes from it
Yeah I remember coming across this video back then, GS was a hot topic even for a younger lurker like myself.
That's the groundskeeper smacking off a small block that somebody else had glued onto the monument.
Yes except I highly doubt it was some random vandal who “glued” it
When asked why they took it down he replied “we have the original”
It also appears there might be more text and engravings underneath the area the brick was removed.

Who uses the woman's married name for that?
