Was there only one package (looks like a document mailer) from the Chinese shipper? Could that have been a absentee ballot from a US citizen working or living there? If it was just that one.
Secondly, the thermostat thing. They're showing the IP that communicated was 192.168.1.100 and that belongs to a Chinese military server? Anyone else catch that?
I know Jovan is a very smart dude, so this makes me curious.
I counted at least 3 Chinese shipping envelopes being handled by the lady in Jovan's clip. Perhaps they are absentee...maybe not. Seems like and absentee ballot from an expat in China would be pretty random and would end up spread out among all the counters...IDK.
But how about the other woman counting ballots with the yellow wrapper? She counts some, then messes around with her watch phone, turns over the stack of ballots she just counted, and starts to count again. Why is she allowed the phone watch? And at the very least, look at the wasted time to recount the ballots. Are these the best people they can find to count ballots?
In the Fulton County elections guy's testimony he talked about special programs to recruit people.
From my notes in December 2020:
The morning session was with Secretary of State and Elections Officials as witnesses.
My notes are somewhat shorthand, but you may get the gist.
No technicians at every polling station in primaries, but in Nov 3 did have them at all 255 locations. (This was disputed by at least two witnesses in the afternoon Judiciary Committee meeting.)
Every year a delay or technical issues -- continuous problem. (My question, "Should Fulton County be restructured into smaller counties?" )
DDS System Signature Verification
Voter Registration
Voter Notify+Cure
These processes were described and witness advised it was intent to follow Secretary of State procedures.
"To our knowledge there were no deficiencies."
" November election could not have gone better in GA. "
Fulton County.
130,000+ Absentee Ballots (10x more in Fulton County than other counties).
"Absentee Ballots most work intensive form of voting for Elections Offices."
Republicans chose not to certify Fulton County. (They did not was confirmed by another witness.). Could not testify as to why, but offered to send link to video of the meeting to GA Senate. Witness testified they didn't know if this has ever occurred in the past.
Charlotte NC mentioned.
May be related to discussion of the Mobile Voting units that was new and put into place in Fulton County.
(my question: Security & Control issues with Mobile Voting?)
The "Emergency Rule" was used to count early.
(My question: was this rule codified in GA Elections statutes?)
Director of External Affairs, Fulton County testified.
introduced Chairman Pitts?
Mentioned Director Barron.
Changes were made in June.
Chaired Board of Commissioners.
Set up a panel of private citizens, about 20 people including 2 state reps.
Pretty much all of their recommendations were adopted.
(My question: Were these passed by the legislature?)
Not to mention, if you look at her closely, you can tell she receives some sort of message that she obviously reads on her watch and then she laughs. Suspect all the way around.
It's done by mail. It's absurd that we permit foreign countries to handle our ballots. It's more absurd that we permit people living in foreign countries to vote in our elections.
I'm going to play devils advocate here.

That's another part of this story.

Increased polling locations from 91 to 255.
Added early voting locations.
2 Mobile Voting units were purchased.
Private Sector pollworkers recruited, ~6000 individuals (My question: party affiliation breakdown?)
His self grade for 11-03-2020 Election: A+.
Touted Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Praise.
Described "Deal" made with Steve Coon, Atlanta Hawks GM, to use State Farm Arena for additional polling location. Made the deal in "5 minutes".
(Have many suspicions about this "State Farm" deal, but didn't write them down in my notes. )
"No instance of unusual activity."
Did not see orchestrated effort to manipulate...
If any identified, "would get to the bottom of it."
Described how water main break was overblown rhetoric.
Reported 38 dropboxes, all under video surveillance. (My question: any requests for the surveillance videos?)

That was my thought also. How do you vote absentee in a foreign country?
According to Jovan mainly via secure fax or e-mail.
It's done by mail. It's absurd that we permit foreign countries to handle our ballots. It's more absurd that we permit people living in foreign countries to vote in our elections.
Exactly. And I imagine Jovan knows that too. But then why put it in the video?
Unless it was just a poor screengrab. When looking at the map, it shows "Your IP as an example".
This is a teaser just like what Mike Lindell is doing to get the DS and China to start talking about it.
The were way more than one.
