Nope, in ALL Military it means 5 by 5, meaning we hear you loud and clear.....but the Comm has to be something of value if being translated, and in this case we have 0:5..... Too many people guessing at and grabbing for straws, when they really don't know, and are mixing up TWO DIFFERENT MESSAGES...... Qanaons are NOT ""Q""......they are Anons...... ""Q"" is not ""Qanons"""......Q:Q..... See??
