You are not alone. I assume you have not had any of the shots yet are experiencing issues with your menses due to being near your parents. This is being reported by MANY women. That's right, but nobody currently knows how widespread the 'shedding' issue is. It could just be a myth, it could stop if the unvaxxed person ends contact with vaxxed people, or it could be permanent.

Not sure what can be done after you take the first and second shots. I told people not to do it, but they did it anyways and ended up dying.
Be on the lookout for headaches, internal bleeding (stomach), blood clots, etc.

Pfizer and moderna vac options seem to be "self spreaders". Beat combat solutions for that is to stay away, but if not an option, take a otc multivitamin with high c & d content, and also activated charcoal may help bind it out of your system.
Only impact ive felt from astra vac exposure (aunt got that one) is an occasional cold + night sweats, wife has some joint pain. Since ive taken a charcoal tablet or two + several vitamin supplements every day, my health has never been better really.
