I really hope we eventually learn what "watch the water" was referring to.... ive heard everything from ballot water marks to polar shift apocalypse

Yeah, when North Korea was still under CIA control, Kim Jong Un and his cabinet would often pose in front of a picture with stormy water. When the white hats took control of North Korea, this picture was changed into a calm water backdrop.
