I have pondered ALL of these 'why' specific questions OP and my new best Fren LawDoc raise.

Biden and Harris were so overtly unpopular it fails the 'smell test' to say they were the 'best candidate'. I think that it is one of two possible answers:

1. The DS is so fucking brazen that they WANTED to take the two biggest retards and comped candidates and run them, cheat the election, and seat them in office. It's like saying "Fuck you ... we are so powerful we were able to seat the two WORST candidates we could find and there isn't a fucking thing you Patriots can do about it".

OR

2. White Hats picked the two biggest pieces of shit, to magnify the outlandishness of the liberal left. At some point, even the party loyal in the 'general public' are going to look at the hypocrisy and overt idiocy and surrender to logic. They are constantly making fools of themselves. I am seeing it happen. A lot of the outspoken lefties in my orbit have gone completely radio silent. It kind of looks like to me that the echo chambers and social bubbles are being breached by reality. At some point the giant runny turd starts to smell so bad they cant ignore it anymore.
