If employers make the treatment mandatory they must report any and all vacine issues to OSHA. They must also pay for any liability associated with vaccine side effects, to include medical coverage for vaccine issues. This one seems like a deal killer for smarter businesses.
There could possibly be a case made for Worker's Compensation if these jabs are given on company property. But you are right. If the employer is told by the employee that the employer will be held financially liable for any and all damages that the employee suffers because of the being required to submit to medical experimentation as a condition of employment, they just may think twice and back down when they realize that not only could they be financially on the hook, but they could also be criminally prosecuted. We must stand our ground.
My son was in an online work meeting this afternoon and someone in the group started asking if anyone else was having adverse reactions to the vaccine. This woman had recently been trying to convince my son to get the vaccine, but he declined politely and with logical reasoning. Now this woman is experiencing hive-like rashes on most of her body, to the point of feeling burning all over. All the others in the meeting mentioned having had a variety of bad reactions but none of them were having second thoughts. The woman with the rash/hives said that it took more than a week for her bad reaction to begin. Now, the others are worried.
Someone already posted on this earlier, with the links to the FDA, I believe, speaking to employment law. Until it is FDA approved, they cannot mandate an experimental juice. You and YOU alone must approve its use and YOU alone accept the responsibility of taking it and the medical issues that arise.
Once its FDA approved, employers can mandate away. They would not be responsible for adverse effects, as they are not responsible if they give you the option to get the flu shot, like many employers do, along with TB etc.
Mine has said they're going to require it by September and we have to request an exemption (medical, religious, or personal). They're still working on the policy though so we will see if it is actually implemented or if they're hoping this threat is enough to increase vax numbers.
Employers who are mandating vaccination have an incentive to do so. The specifics of that I am not aware of, but it is true nonetheless. Seen too much of the corporate world to be fooled into thinking otherwise.

I'm proud of my son.
You've raised a very smart man. Good job!?
Sounds like he only came down with a case of "I told you so"
And if he gets fired he can sue the employer. Its win-win for the employee and lose-lose for the employer

The key here is FDA approval.
Here is a good article by SHRM (HR Related Org) https://www.shrm.org/resourcesandtools/legal-and-compliance/employment-law/pages/employer-mandate-covid-vaccine-eua.aspx
I read they are pushing the FDA to approve.
Prematurely.
We are all going to have to fight back.
The cabal has accelerated its genocide plan. They will ultimately lose, but they can wipe out many of us before they are stopped.

My employer is offering a discount on monthly health premiums. Still not taking the jab.

YES! YES! Kill the corporations! This will end them faster than anything else they can do.
