I haven't followed the details, so I don't know if there is an active lawsuit here.
But if there is, and if he has a pair of balls, this is what the legal system allows:
First, file a Motion for Production. This is to get the other side to produce the machines, passwords, etc. The judge issues an Order to Produce.
Next, if they refuse to turn it over, you file a Motion to Show Cause, which gives them one last chance to explain why they refused to follow the judge's order. Assuming they won't have any real explanation, and assuming the judge is not corrupt, the judge should then issue a final order to turn it over within a very short time frame (like the same day or the next day, since they already had several days before).
Finally, if they still refuse, then file a Motion for Contempt, where they get a final shot to "explain themselves," and since they won't be able to, they GO TO JAIL for contempt. They STAY in jail until they turn over the evidence.
This was supposed to happen already, instead Langhofer is still talking about doing it.
Masks reduce credibility
They'll ignore it and once again, nothing happens.
Kory Langhofer taking a page out of Lindsey Graham's book of do nothing?

That is how it is SUPPOSED to work.
Let's see what happens.
Oh good, we get to see the supervisors ignore the subpoenas again, just like a rerun. Just lock them up already!
They've refused to acknowledge every single other subpoena up until now, what makes this one any different?
Need action. How can we apply pressure
They said they were going to put them in jail on Tuesday ... three months ago.

Are they trying to run out the clock?
