Sometimes it will be posted on the desk later. Don’t know why. That happened with the Mother’s Day statement.

This statement kind of makes me think the weird Bidens and Carters pic was a white hat comm that Biden is a bigger failure than Carter.

100% White Hat. They can make all the excuses in the world for the distorted photo/camera/lens/depth of field, this was definitely on purpose.
