The IDF uses 'knock-knock' raids, they phone people in the building and warn them that in one hour the building will be destroyed, they use loudspeakers and other means of warning them too. Then they fly drones overhead making sure people leave then the warheads come in, always on time.
The terrorists know to get out, the film crews know to be ready, it is a more or less 'humane' way to destroy the Enemy's assets without a lot of blood, the Israelis have used it for years now.
Once the IDF identifies a building or structure or truck or whatever as being a weapon or used for military planning or to make or fire rockets, it is marked and 'later' it WILL be hit, if needs be. The lesson being do NOT allow terrorists to use your community as a hideout, sooner or later the fiddler will be paid.

"Terrorists"
Are we still this brainwashed?
Are you defending the guys with the rockets? Obviously the camera man was expecting the building to come down. He also knew that he was safe just a couple blocks away. How did he know that he could trust the Israelis to hit the building they said and no other surrounding buildings?
The whole situation is orchestrated. Hamas and Israel are working together.
How so? To what benefit?
I always picture that conflict like a big guy (Israel) being badgered by a little punk (Hamas). The big guy ignores most of the stuff until it gets to be too much and the big guy swings. Some people call it disproportionate force, but the little punk knows the big guy is stronger. Why not just tell the little guy to knock it off.
Well I guess y'all are, yeah.
