I once did an update to a database and forgot my WHERE clause ... imagine ebay sellers all having the same phone number. :D oopsie

Hubby and I (we were just coworkers at the time) henceforth always made fun of it by coming up with the phrase: delete * from * where * = *

I once was fixing an "ORDERS" table. Forgot the where clause.

My boss and I freaked out.

Luckly we stopped it in time.
