I have read recently on here that the virus has never been isolated or sequenced. Below are journal entries having isolated and sequenced the virus. Are we not to trust these?

There's a standard called "Koch's Postulates" which sets out criteria for being able to state that a virus has been isolated. If someone decides to use a different definition of "isolate", they could say so without lying.
Happens all the time in molecular biology.
There is no isolate (according to CDC) and the sequencing is all simulated, modelled statistically but no data. A study of 1500 Italians found no evidence of something called covid-19. They found Influenza A and Influenza B and that was it. The world of academics decided to sell out and have been caught out.
Virus is real, it's just that sequencing it (and releasing that info) could have alerted people quicker to the fact it is likely lab-created.

The journal publication system is a circus filled with junk. So I don't have the trust to believe something just because it was published. Therefore I'd have to review everything on a case by case basis on its own merits. However I don't have the time or any expertise in the field and wouldn't have a clue what I was reading. It's hard enough to do it in a field that I have expertise.
How can I trust something that I have no clue about? Do I trust the experts? Which experts? Not all experts agree. Some experts are marxist shills.
Maybe we shouldn't make claims about things we don't know anything about. But people must have gotten the "ths virus has not been isolated" statement from somewhere right? Maybe from some other experts?

Jon Rappoport has analyzed several of these papers, specifically the first OP lists and found them to be very deceptive. The word "isolate" has been adulterated to mean whatever the field wants it to mean -- basically whatever will get publications and grants.
If you read through papers that claim isolation you will find toxic soups in which the VIRUS can be seen growing, talks of genome databases and an XX% assumed likeness to say, SARS-1, and maybe some bioinformatic algorithms. You will then be presented with a gene sequence that was composed from particle remnants and DB mined sequences. What you won't see is an electronic micrograph of the virus all by itself, that is, isolated.
CDC have been saying for a while that they have isolated the virus and can and do supply that isolated virus to University’s and medical researchers. Some Doctors/immunologists virus researchers saying that’s bullshit and they have only ever supplied virus fragments and computer models of the virus. Who’s telling the truth? Probably not the CDC but who knows? So much bullshit flying around
That must be why the CDC is being sued for not providing ANYONE with the isolated virus.

It's not isolated to just.the oval office...it has permeated through the WH, Hollywood, Fortune 2000, professional sports, etc

I was wondering this myself. Even if the virus is isolated, it changes nothing. Matter of fact they would be better off having it not be a virus at all, than to be one that's engineered in a lab, in China. That would certainly look much better.
There is too much analysis of the virus, its furin cleavage site etc for this not to be sequenced. Infact, this is how we can be sure that it came from the lab.
