Nope - that would be silly. They will try to shoot clouds... maybe use a missile or two for good measure.
What is this nonsense? How about NO! What does the army do that can possibly do anything about the climate. STOP. Sounds like a way to make the army expand and control the behavior of US citizens. The climate is fine.

On a trip this past weekend driving, went by a wind farm, on the way there slight breeze about 12 miles per hour not a single one of those “wind” things were working! On the way back still a slight breeze of maybe 15 mph still not working, did see a coal train fully loaded heading to its destination. This wind thing is ONE big waste of money! Not that we would hear or see that oh no.
