"If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7."
Vaccine makers are immune to liability, employers not so much. Not sure if they want to take on that possible scenario where if they are big and a few staff pass, their families would sue, although sadly that never brings anyone back/closure.
It is illegal since this is an experimental agent, not a vaccine. It is authorized under emergency use, it has not been approved by the FDA. Also see below if you need legal help.

That's an interesting point, too. They say that want people to have a vaccine. But there isn't one available. None of the 4 are classified as vaccines.
It will have to be tested in the courts. Uncharted territory.
I will just say that a requirement to do harm to oneself, when there is no reason to do it, is not something that can be upheld in law. It is coersion.
Also, the claims made in support are all fraudulent.
Coersion and fraud are not going to be legal grounds to enforce such a crazy thing.
Also, that article is just an interview of one, single attorney. He has no legal authority. He is just giving an opinion. He might be a raging libtard masknazi lunatic for all you or I know. His opinion does not mean anything. He doesn't back up his claim with any law at all.
Just a fearporn article by a fake news journalist interviewing a libtard attorney with no authority.
Why didn't the fake news journalist interview anyone else with a different opinion? Hell, maybe they're married to each other or related. We don't know.
My employer is requesting all employees get vaccinated or has outlined an option for those unvaccinated to get tested before coming to the office and would only require those unvaccinated to wear masks unless in our personal workspace, personal office or cube. At face value seems nice that we have an option, but now those of us (probably be 3 or 4 out of 40) who choose not to get the cyborg shot will get ousted and made to feel alienated in front of all other employees. This is more of a mind f-ck job than a compromise on the company’s part. I truly feel this is a slippery slope that once we agree to get tested before entry, that will never end and only further reduce our credibility within our organization. It’s seems they are beginning to isolate us in preparation for terminating our employment.
Fortunately, the few of us who are free thinking Jesus followers/believers happen to be the three pretty senior folks, probably other than our President, two managing partners and two C levels. It seems we have power in our position with us standing together, but would really appreciate any feedback or ideas to help us back up our stance. These are irrational times and wouldn’t put it past some of our hard leftist HR folks to push for our termination. Please help!
Agreed, but I’ve been through a lawsuit before and it’s brutal on all accounts...absolute last resort in my opinion, so we’ll be cautious and dot our Is and cross out Ts to avoid them finding an excuse
According to OSHA - they would be liable for any adverse reactions.

Hostile work environment can be the basis for a lawsuit.

Thanks bud
Unconstitutional.
