Considering a reporter announced her husband's death a week early, and another reporter said she was dead "accidentally" a few days ago, I can only assume she will be joining her husband soon, if only because of the irony.
She certainly had- I think she had one left from the line of 'Susan', her 1st dog, that died a while ago. Then she got these 'to comfort her' after Philip's death- for me that implies they may have once been his 'dogs', but I'd have to have a closer look.
The message (I think) is that she has lost one of the people (puppies) she recently has under control. Dogs named 'Fergus' (for her uncle) and 'Muick' (for Loch Muick)(phonetically Mick). Fergus died, so we can conclude she has lost an ally (for one reason or another- they may have died, they may have had their 'strings cut'- influence stopped.)
Just my take on it though- comms often seem to be subjective.
Do we think they are evil cabal? It could mean spiritual power over something or just spiritual power in general. God has been working recently in people’s lives
Usually a dog owned by someone is on a leash- this wording is used a lot in headlines etc. Juxtapose this with the photos they issue of their 'dogs' (people they have on a leash) and the symbolism involved with that too (red / blue leash indicates political party, name of dog also offers clues) and you have a (simplified) example of dog comms. This special brain explains better than I can:

As an aside, I thought that she had stopped with the dogs as she was getting older and didn't want them to be a burden on others??

A new op of hers has been ended. Possibly more. Because it's a puppy, it may be a new op run by someone under her control.
Apparently, it was rogered to death by the butler ??
