employer can also be held liable and count as a,work injury if they're going to try forcing people to take the vaxx. employers are also backing off when they find this out
They're pushing their weight around, and will get the uninformed vaxxed. They are not expecting people to push back with knowledge of their rights. Remind them not everyone believes FAKE NEWS or takes orders from tyrants.
Under OSHA rules, most employers with more than 10 employees are required to keep a record of serious work-related injuries and illnesses. Recorded injuries and illnesses become part of a contractors safety record.
This is the actual text of the new question and answer on the OSHA website:
"If I require my employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of their employment, are adverse reactions to the vaccine recordable?
"If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7."
In response, several large contractors said they have changed or will change their vaccination policy to only recommend—not require—a vaccine.
---END---
It's my understanding that vaccine-related injuries will be handled as workers comp claims for insurance purposes, though I read that elsewhere and can't find it to include for you.
I don't like this one because it still gives them an inch in accepting that it is still mandatory to work there. Don't get me wrong, I love seeing OSHA being a bit based.
I can't wait to hear about all the asshead managers and bosses when they are confronted with the fact that OSHA has thrown down, making employers liable for any and all harmful side effects, including and not limited to death.
I'm not a fan of authority and I get a kick out of seeing big bad entitled bullies get knee capped.
I saw an article in a trade journal a copy of days ago that about 1/4 of employers are requiring the shot, 1/2 are not and another 1/4 are taking a 'wait and see' approach. It did not break it down by industry though.

your welcome. Resistance is necessary to stop this. Their plans only work for those who comply. Best of luck to you.
Right ... law fare takes time and money, getting fired takes minutes. Stealthy is best.
Someone posted this earlier and I saved it, maybe it will help?

I'm just here to say Thank you for NOT taking the vaccine, and for standing your ground instead of caving like a sheep!
I can't find the main good page for lawsuits I saved earlier, but I think "Ican" has some things.

On top of the illegality of forcing employees to take non-FDA approved vaccines as a condition of employment, have her supervisors check out the OSHA guidance on the employers liability on doing so. Here's a article that explains it pretty well:https://www.enr.com/articles/51691-osha-imposes-new-guidance-for-employer-required-covid-19-vaccines

Unfortunately, OSHA was no where to be found when employers were depriving workers of air to breath. Is this another about face?
Good luck, sounds like you are on the front line. We are all rooting for you.
