I hate to say it, but as her husband, don't you have a say in that? This may be harsh, but if it were my husband being pressured by his friends like your wife is, I'd ask him if I were more important to him than his friends are. You depend on your wife, right? If something happens to her because she takes this vaccine, doesn't that affect your life directly?
Short story: I work for an attorney who does personal injury cases. A client was in a car accident, it messed him up pretty badly. When suing the party that hit him, the wife was added to the lawsuit with a claim of "loss of consortium" - which basically means that her husband, due to his injuries, can no longer do the things that husbands are supposed to do - whether that means around the house, to provide for her, in the bedroom, etc. - I read this and I thought of that. You have the right to your wife's health, even if that sounds weird. Her friends don't depend on her like you do. Maybe that's an angle not previously explored? Hope it helps, anyway. I wish you the best.
I appreciate that, thank you. I really was just trying to be helpful, but like I said to Michelleobamasnuts, I'm not trying to piss anyone off. I don't truly understand why I got the response I did from him, but I'm not going to worry about it. I apologized; whether or not I had to, that's just how I was raised. Going forward I'll take your advice :) Have a great day!

A question of loyalty, perhaps....
The only reason she knows what she does and hasn't been swayed to get the vaccine is because of me.
You have no damn idea what you're talking about.
The reefay asshat can fuck off. And freedomfan1975 has no need to apologize for anything in that post.
Yeah, I think she is not swayed by him. Too defensive.
Are you experiencing some cognitive dissonance right now? She was trying to help and was really kind about it.
Who the fuck is downvoting these comments?
The shills are THICK in here today.
No need to be a dick.
I sincerely apologize.
I'm not trying to piss anyone off. Clearly I offended him and that wasn't my intent. But thank you :)
Fuck that prick. Your post was excellent. His response was juvenile. Don't ever apologize to any anon for ACUTAL contributions.
