I work in a company that was afraid of covid. They enacted a policy yesterday that folks can return to work and with no mask but they need to show their “papers”. This is the first time i was called out on my convictions and as a family we decided I would go in with the mask just in case and not cause trouble - but yet not back down if they try to segregate me. To my SHOCK I found out the owner was Jewish who lost his grandfather during the Holocaust. They escorted the hr director that authorized the email and sent the message that the gold star will NOT be tolerated. I was floored! I just wanted to spread some good news. I’m in Ohio and was just amazed by the number of peeps that had no fucks to give. There is hope for our country yet!

The HR Director apparently forgot the golden rule of corporate management: When policy changes are involved, inform your boss what you're contemplating BEFORE you take any action, including issuing a memo.
HR was serving their higher master and prolly didn't even know it.
So many HR people are flaming liberals. HR departments are the backdoor for liberal infestation of private companies.
Not all HR people are bad of course. Any that aren't liberal will tell you how fucking lazy the liberal ones are yet seem to be the ones that climb the ladder faster.
I'm certain that all of these "woke" companies got that way thanks to scummy liberals in HR departments.
There was one dude at a company I worked for ... Despite all of the layoffs and what have you, he managed to not get cut. Nobody knew wtf he did there that made him so important.
Turns out he was a left wing dictator in the HR department making most of the layoff decisions. It was basically the only thing he did there. He wound up leaving the day they closed the doors. While he "worked" there, he was setting up his own business for over a year. What a fucking scumbag.
One of the happier days of my life was when I quit that place ... The last couple of months there was a total waste of my time.
