I don't worry about who I follow. I accept or dismiss posts individually. Many channels offer some good info mixed in with idiotic messages.
Discernment is key.
Sadly the critical thinking skills in abundance on this site are pretty scarce on Telegram. An anonymous channel posts some wild claim and the replies are all heart emojis or stupid celebrity gifs. No one is THINKING or evaluating whether what they just read is truth or not. They just lap it up. Not all, but a high %.

GhostEzra from what I have gathered is an "antisemite" i.e. anti-khazarian mafia. He doesn't have anything against the people of Israel, Arab or Jew.
