I'm in north metro Atlanta. I can assure you all of the counties in that area (Bartow, Cherokee, Forsyth, and Pickens) are red. North Fulton is likely red. Gwinnett is likely red but was stolen. I'm not familiar with Cobb's demographics but was ultimately stolen as well.
Athens Clarke/Oconee/Banks/Hall are all red.

Ehh, I don't see Gwinnett being red. Norcross, Duluth and parts of Suwanee? Nah blue. North Fulton, like Alpharetta 50/50. Above Gwinnett, Jackson/Barrow area where I am, it's blood red.
