She is probably associated with:

but I am not certain.

I think I am acquainted with one individual on the independent body mentioned in this document, and several weeks ago sent him an archived screenshot off of the state of Utah's Coronavirus website about vaccine safety and efficacy claims. He was complaining privately to me that Sean Reyes, our Utah state AG, refused to investigate adverse reaction claims (Yes, the same Sean Reyes who was assisting with election fraud investigation after November 3 and has been instrumental in investigating human trafficking.) I asked my friend how many adverse reaction cases they had and he said 500. I told him to keep collecting evidence.

Looks like they did. I love the tone of this letter, it says YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !

THE HEALTH INDEPEPENDENCE ALLIANCE

Open letter to those considering "incentives" for COVID-19 vaccinations in Utah

For the first time since the COVID-19 vaccination drive has begun, the Governor of Utah has come out in support of cash incentives from the government and the private sector for vaccinations.(i) In light of this development, the Health Independence Alliance has decided to circulate this document as a formal statement of medical investigation: a notice of medical fraud in Utah. The Alliance is an independent medical body with no political, governmental, or financial affiliations and consists of, among other, the following professionals from Utah:

Cardiologist Virologist Board certified naturopath Registered Nurses Andrologist Occupational Therapist Homeopath Attorneys

The Alliance has investigated the claims made by the Utah Department of Health (UDOH), and would like to inform the decision makers in both the public and private sectors regarding the fraudulent nature of the claims of the Health Department. We understand that, under the current social climate, this statement might be seen as unnecessary criticism of seemingly straightforward decisions. However, in the interests of a clear conscience and professional integrity, we are making this statement so that it could be presented as supporting evidence in case of future litigation. It is addressed to:

Business Owners and Business Organizations Legislators and Governmental Employees

Everyone who has received this document has been notified of the fraudulent nature of the claims made by the Health Department, and any decisions involving financial incentives or other direct or indirect coercion to accept vaccines on workers, made on the basis of the Department's claims is also subject to a similar charge of fraud. No recipient of this document can claim that the decisions to incentivize vaccines were made based on all available data and expert opinion unless this statement is also included in the relevant information. No recipient of this document can legally claim that they were not made aware of the evidence about the serious dangers of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Investigating the Claims of the UDOH

Claim 1: Safety and Effectiveness

The claim of the Utah Health Department on its website is that “COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective” (ii) and that the vaccines are 95% effective after the second dose (iii). Please note the following facts regarding this claim:

  1. The CDC VAERS Database has documented 1,406 adverse reactions in Utah to the COVID-19 vaccinations as of May 7, 2021. Out of these, there are 13 deaths, 6 miscarriages, 31 life threatening reactions, and 28 permanent disabilities. (iv)

In contrast, the data for three years (2016-19) for all vaccines combined have a total of 1,095 events and 1 death.

  1. A KSL TV report indicated that a healthy 17-year-old basketball player was hospitalized for at least a week due to blood clots, after the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. (v)

  2. The absolute risk reduction of using the COVID-19 vaccines is not 95%, but less than 1.1% in the original reports.vi Contrary to FDA guidelines, these absolute risk reductions were not reported to the public. (vii)

  3. The Associated Press has reported that “Almost one-third of new drugs approved by the FDA ended up years later with warnings about unexpected, sometimes life-threatening side effects.” (viii)

In light of such adverse events, and the fact that even after approval by the FDA a third of the vaccines fail the safety test, the claim of safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine by the UDOH and other governmental entities is without factual basis, exaggerated and fraudulent.

Claim 2: mRNA vaccines and the DNA/human genes

The second claim of the Utah Health Department has been that "COVID-19 vaccines are mRNA vaccines and don't interact with your DNA in any way" (ix) because "the mRNA from the vaccine never enters the nucleus of the cell and doesn't affect or interact with your DNA" (x). Please note the following facts regarding that claim:

  1. It is not necessary for mRNA to access the nucleus to interfere with the DNA of the cell, since DNA is also present outside the normal cell nucleus, and especially in cancer cells. (xi)

  2. It has been found by scientists at UC Davis that "DNA outside the nucleus has a large effect on cell metabolism." (xii)

  3. Prior to the COVID-19 vaccination, introduction of synthetic mRNA has always been described as gene therapy in the literature. (xiii, xiv, xv)

  4. According to Utah's Genetic Testing Privacy Act, the definition of DNA includes RNA. (xvi)

Hence, both according to the law and according to the scientific data, mRNA interacts with the genetic material of a cell, and hence alters the genes of individuals. The claim of non-interaction with the DNA is misleading at best, and fraudulent at worst.

Adverse Events Anecdotes from Utahns

Here is a small sample of anecdotes received by the Alliance regarding the after-effects of COVID-19 vaccinations:

"I have not received any vaccine. I have been menopausal for 18 months, but about 3 weeks after my husband received his 2nd Moderna shot, I started to experience havng a period again" (Female, 54)

"I have given ... a Priesthood Blessing. He is having difficulty breathing, and is headed to the ... hospital. He has not been well since he got his second dose of the vaccine." (Male, 20's)

It's been over seven weeks. Severe pain in the stomach, underneath the ribs. Diarrhea for almost 4 weeks. I have been to the ER, urgent care ... I had a CT scan, ultrasound, blood work a couple times ... They could see that everything was swelled up but really no reason why. My blood pressure and sugar levels have been very low. ... It has been pure misery." (Female, 58)

Conclusion

On the whole, we have investigated the claims of the health department, and have concluded that:

  • The COVID-19 vaccinations are neither safe nor highly effective, but the opposite.
  • Both VAERS reports and personal ancecdote research show serious adverse reactions.
  • The vaccinations can potentially influence the cell's DNA, and are gene therapies.

On this basis, we strongly request all organizations in Utah to refrain from basing their decisions on the claims of the UDOH. We also recommend that all organizations in Utah cease all direct or indirect coercision ("incentives') to take any COVID-19 vaccine. In addition to this, please note OSHA's recent statement that if the employer requires the vaccine, adverse reactions to the vaccine are counted as work-related injury. (xvii) We hope that these measures are taken immediately to prevent harm to the population of Utah, instead of being forced to do so after the fact through painful experience.
