I drive a school bus....love my kids. Today in my high school run as i pull in, there are signs and balloons all over advertising that today was a "vax fair" for covid 19! I almost fell out of my seat! I pulled up and a sign said "Get your vax today and protect your friends" i stopped and pointed to it and said....Please don't do what that sign says (i only have 7 kids on this run). They looked at the sign then at each other and said "don't worry, were not stupid Democrats, we're not brainwashed" ...Breathing a sigh of relief i opened the door.
I just smiled the rest of the day knowing that young people are pretty based and smart...they know whats up and thats comforting to this bus driver...I don't discuss stuff like this but just kinda blurted it out when i saw the circus they put on for this..They dressed up a school to peddle this poisen! WTF! This is going too far.
That's great and they are lucky to have you. Very lucky! And my condolences on being in S. Jersey. :D Not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just you said it's not by choice and also, your gov is a tyrant. Hopefully that will change soon. In the meantime, I'm glad you're able to have such a good influence on so many kids. I mean it when I say they are lucky to have you. Thanks for answering.
The governor sucks...he's an idiot kek... only been here 3 years and hate it, can't wait to leave. I will say that there are a lot of Trump supporters here considering how blue this state is. Saw signs everywhere during the election. I swear he won this state too.
Thank you for your kind words. I was a social worker through my career. I love these kids and try very hard to be there for them. Even if it's just a cheery hello and fun time on the bus (music monday, thursday is joke day) we have become a family of sorts. I'm blessed....we all are. This place is another blessing...Y'all are wonderful, thank you!
I think Dems have been stealing Jersey and some other states for generations.
I was born and partially raised (mostly when I was small & in Elementary School) in Kearny, NJ. I have to say I'm glad not to live there. I've traveled a lot growing up and after I got married, don't know what it's like to have "roots" and having friends since childhood. Live in Alabama now and it's been the longest I've lived in one place (14 yrs now). My father & stepmother still live in Jersey, and they hate Trump because of all the crap msm spews. They both got the jab.
