John Carter is my Rep here in Central Texas. Overall a good guy. He voted to withhold AZ & PA Electoral votes from the Electoral count. He would have voted no if he was in DC. Calvert fucked up by not casting Carters No vote.
He has to take responsibility like I do at my job if I drop the ball. It was his responsibility to vote. Also he voted against certification but did not resign out of protest which tells me the truth about Carter.
Anyone who came in during 2020 that voted against the certification gets a pass.
