Fredericks reported today that Judge Amero could decertify the election in Georgia if it is determined that there are ballots that were counted twice.

Looks like the Judge didn't make that statement. Also, can a judge legally decertify an election? I would think the legislature needs to do that.

Why not? A single judge in Hawaii reversed both the Constitution and statutes as regards who is allowed into this country.
