Drink spring water! Use spring water in your coffee! To boil pasta and rice! The only thing I use tap water for is to wash the dishes and shower (with a filter) - I won't even give it to our cat, she gets spring water too.
I do distilled or reverse osmosis only now. Spring water could still be contaminated
Then add minerals back in somehow. ConcenTrace for instance. RO water will leach minerals from you in it's attempt to return stasis.

Fair point; but still spring water is leaps and bounds better than tap water. We've been using it for years now instead of the tap, and we all remain pretty healthy. Either way, as long as you're not poisoning yourself with fluoride and whatever other chemicals they introduce into the public water supply, you're better off.
I use well water. Before I moved in 2016, had lived in same town all my life, and I was discussing the issue of city water supply, and if it contained Fluoride, which I know it use to contain, and happily he told me that they had done away with Fluoride in the water supply.
You're so fortunate to have well water! That's awesome. Where I live, it's non-existent. Nobody has septic tanks either, and those who still do are being converted to sewer systems whether the residents want it or not. My husband and I want to move out to the country where well water and septic are still around, further from the city. Our house needs a lot of work though so it's a slow process but I'm hoping in the next few years we can get moving.

I grew up with only well water and sometimes I wonder if that’s why I woke up to certain things so early.
I always felt like no one was very capable of questioning things or feeling much passion for anything really.
I grew up on tap water but I pulled myself from the matrix by looking into 9/11. From there it was down the rabbit hole I go.
Just switched to actual spring water. Other company was lying about their "spring" water.

I've never liked the taste of tap water. West coast, so our tap water is basically poison. Only bottled or drinking water.
