You can't. Just as some minds are made up not to take the injection, other minds are made up to get it. We believe our rationale makes the most sense, but so do they. If they haven't been willing to investigate the injections prior to making up their minds, it's not likely that information after the fact will accomplish anything, no matter how valid it is. You can try, but don't be surprised when your efforts fall on deaf ears, in which case all you can do is move on to another and hope for better results.
People have a difficult time admitting they may have made a mistake. As far as vaxxers are concerned, if they did not suffer severe adverse reactions to the shot themselves, then the problem does not exist and they made the right choice because they want COVID over. Arguing with them after they've already taken the shot does absolutely no good and will probably just alienate you from them and make them not respect your choice to not get vaxxed.
I wasn't meaning after the injection, just after their minds are made up.
As to those who got the injection and have no adverse effects, there've been rumors that some of these injections are simple saline solution, in which case there'd be no side effects. If that's true and that ever gets revealed, there are likely going to be a bunch of injected people who are upset, either because they still believe in the injections and maybe didn't get what they wanted and/or because they were lied to about something that's very important to them, and that, in the long run, would be a good thing.
I hope it gets revealed too - the sooner the better! I see the cognitive dissonance that would come from them finding out they got saline as a good wake-up call.
Good point, I’m think more of countering the “long haul” claim before people have been given the shot. I completely agree that it’s not fruitful after the fact.
Ask them if they were aware that the shots have risk of making covid worse. Perhaps they are at additional risk of even worse long haul effects on top of the risks included along with the shot.

Exactly. That's what I meant, but didn't say it as well as you did.
Lol got it. I heard that saline rumor too. Just wild.
