CO resident, tried to verify mine too but no luck. That was just days after the election. I wouldn't be surprised if CO is a blue state but I garuntee its a lot less blue than what is reported.
Because if you're give a receipt people can ask to see it. Not everyone is strong enough to resist the peer pressure of friends, family, and even employers
And at least in FL, it's not a secret that you're registered or whether or not you voted

The physical ballots AND machines need to be held for 22 months by real LAW, not mandate. You get rid of those ballots or wipe the machines that's automatic treason. it would be as simple as giving you a randomly generated 16 digit alphanumeric that only you have... which you could enter online to see your vote was registered as you wish... and trace to an original ballot cast if needed.
however, even then it would not be 100% because you could be checking a system that gives just your vote.... that may be flipped during full tally.
So, ALSO need a fully auditable system that shows the total, then every line making up the vote total. each line should have a unique id... .which should be traceable back to the actual ballot cast. Then, they can trace every vote back to a ballot.
This way, it can be validated from both ends. top down and bottom up.
As a financial auditor, that is how we'd audit things like Accounts Receivable or Accounts payable. If the detail lines add up to the total, good. Then start tracing the detail lines to the supporting documentation. good.. and as a further measure, go to the 3rd party that generated the supporting documentation (invoice) to make sure it's a real invoice. confirmed.
These concepts have been around for hundreds of years. It's just simple logic.

I saw this (no receipt/record) during the 2020 election in PA and we already know PA is dodgy, too. There was no way of telling if it recorded anything correctly - it just said accepted (or similar) all in that good-to-go green complete with a big checkmark that oddly did nothing to assure me. I said something about it then and there. I did not leave feeling confident my vote was properly counted and my concerns were completely dismissed. I had never seen the recording of my vote hidden from me before. Clear Ballot machine - I think. That machine exists (just checked) so I'm inclined to believe I've remembered correctly.
Oh it does and I want to get on our disaster of a state legislature to succumb to a forensic audit, those of us here know there’s no way in HELL Hickky won.

Time to use your cell phone to take a picture of your vote even if they say not to. That way you can prove it later.

No voting system will or should give you a receipt of how you voted. No such thing as a secret ballot if it does.
IN THE PAST, CALIFORNIA SAID "it was counted"....BUT IN 2020, my vote said "accepted".....THIS IS SUCH BS

Colorado was stolen without question , haven't talked to anyone here that thinks we votes for anything that went through locally.
