won't it be nice to finally see these arrogant panicky SOB's finally behind bars with possibility of being there for decades?

So when the IRS is coming after me for an audit, I will file a motion to dismiss because they have no standing.

This is kind of interesting - apparently Favorito didn't serve the proper person. Comes down to whether a judge wants to make sure proper procedure is followed or if the judge decides "Well if they had served properly, I still would have eventually reached my conclusion."

My guess is the judge goes that way, but also grants a stay for a week.

How much do they have on the judge? If he grants the motion to dismiss his closet better be really, really clean.

Sadly, I have every reason to believe that this motion will be granted.

If they were granted discovery ( right to audit ) I don’t think the judge is gonna say well guess I’ll dismiss it.
